Harry joined Chambers after completing pupillage with Mr Bernard Man SC, Mr Tim Parker SC, Ms Theresa Chow, and Mr Peter Chiu. Harry is developing a broad civil practice and accepts instructions in all areas of Chambers work.

Harry obtained his BA in Jurisprudence at the University of Oxford as a David Blank Scholar. He received the Best Mooter award in several major mooting competitions, including the inaugural Temple Chambers Moot in 2022, which was presided over by Mr Paul Shieh SC and the Hon Geoffrey Ma. He was also a semi-finalist of the Inner Temple Inter-Varsity Moot 2023.

During his period of limited practice, Harry appeared before the Court of Final Appeal and the High Court. He also has experience as sole advocate in contested hearings.
